I'm a photographer with about 3 years of experience in many different type of photography. It took me about a year and half into university where I found out that photography is something that I have a passion for, but didn't really pursue it because I didn't have a camera. So it started there when I bought my first DSLR, a used d80 which sparked the creative juices.
I was always intrigued by photojournalism and how it is a completely different realm when compared to other types of photography; since, it is always about the moment, to capture what your perspective is on the event that is presented to you. I believe this requires one to capture the image at a precise time and perspective, enabling the viewers to see the message that the photographer is wanting to portray in one photo - far exceeding a thousand words.
Thus, with my skill set and experiences, I am able to capture images through my eyes and tell a story so the viewers at home can experience the events from my point of view.
