The world through my eyes

My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

Greece | Thursday, July 4, 2013 | 5 photos

This scholarship embraced my heart. I want to be among the beauty of Greenland and to be mentored by the National Geographic’s photographer - Jason Edwards. This is an opportunity once in life - to learn practical tips & tricks: how to successfully complete travel photography assignment; how to improve my photography technique especially in hard conditions.
I work as a marketing professional, but traveling and photography are my real passion. Being a photographer and traveler and having income from my talent will give me new perspectives will unleash my potential.
Nature inspires me and I try to show its beauty through the eye of my camera. When I travel in different cities I am looking for the unique cultural characteristics. I strive to find the beauty in all places. This is my positive philosophy of life, in my photographs I bring the harmony in the world around me.
After the scholarship I see myself as a passionate travel photographer ahead of the amateur stage. With my photographs I believe will be able to contribute for responsible attitude towards nature and tolerance between different cultures. This will be my contribution and will make me happy.

About nevena-chervenakova-journal

Corfu is a Greek island and for its natural treasures I think is a God’s blessed.
Porto Timoni in the northwest part of Corfu reveals breathtaking view.
It is said that the smaller bay on the left of the photograph was created (or at least enlarged) by an exploding mine which drifted onto these rocks.
