Whoever told you you cannot walk on water has never been to Bolinao.
If you stand on the shore of Bolinao and watch people as they go about you'll realize that they were walking on water. The water is shallow up to about 100 meters from the shorline giving onlookers the impression that people were actually walking on water, making the sea one of miracles for those who choose to believe.
