As a child I grew up watching documentaries on TV that told of people's trips all over the world. It was a long time before I took cameras and venturing outside of Italy into consideration. Then one day it just hit me, evoking something within me which had lain dormant until that moment. Just a few months later I found myself in Canada with my camera. I was 19. Although four years have passed since then, my passion for Photography is still very much alive.
I really do love to live in different countries, as I find it fascinating and thrilling to encounter so many different cultures just by changing my geographic location. I have visited 22 countries and lived in 6, and I just can't get enough - I'm always wanting to explore more of this truly amazing planet!
Photography is my way, not just of capturing fond memories, but of sharing what I find interesting or beautiful. One reason why I do Photography is because it makes the world accessible to those that can't travel. This, I feel is so powerful and awe-inspiring, and is why I want my photography to take me to other-worldly places that literally take my breath away, and to remind me why I love the world.
