My name is Navonil. I am an engineering student located in India. Hailing from the small city of Agartala, I have been fortunate enough to visit this diverse country from the sea beaches of Goa to the mountains of Himachal. My passion for learning new things and creating new things is what sets me apart. My passion for music, theatre, writing and drama comes from my parents; who have supported me, taken me to classes and nurtured my hobbies. I love the stage, from dancing to singing; acting to orating - stage is what I dream of. My passion for photography came later.

An artist is one who appreciates art in every form; regardless of its representation and reach, or even the expertise of the artist in that form. The aspiration for greatness combined with love for art is what an artist makes. I became interested in photography when I bought my first smartphone. Even though I have never owned a professional camera, but that never stops me from clicking, with my smartphone. If given the chance, I will benefit the most from this scholarship - visit a new place, learn new language, meet new people and above all, face new challenges and be prouder than ever.
