Photography started out as an interest when I visited my home country Bangladesh, and soon became an addictive passion that drove me to various places in the past year. I reside in Toronto, Ontario and in the past year I have visited many places in Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal and in USA Virginia, Washington DC and NYC. Whether it's freezing during the coldest of mornings for a sunrise capture or a hot summer evening for a long exposure shot, passion for photography has led me to experience and capture various seasons and scenarios.

I have a goal of taking one year to travel around the world to visit as many countries as I can, to capture anything and everything the world has to offer, in terms of culture, religion, nature and wildlife.

I am a university student, as I have to pay for tuition, so travelling around the world can be quiet costly. I have been waiting to get a chance of photography tour and I strongly believe that this Travel Photography Scholarship will enhance my photography skills exponentially and help me learn new techniques to improve further. I love to travel to new places and I believe I can be a great learner during this exploration.
