Hi, I’m BasavaRaj. I am living in Bangalore. I was born in 1986 and grew up in Goravankolla(Belgaum District,Karnataka). My village is very beautiful. It sat between the River Malaprabha and Hill station. I grew up by seeing the beauty of river and hill station. When i was child i used to swim in the river, and wandering on the hill. The beauty, nature, climate, animals, animals roars, birds, birds songs, sunrise on the hill and sunset on the river made me thrill and happy. The River and hill station is the first inspiration for me to dream big, to think creative, to write creative, and to stole the beauty of nature using camera.

Taking photo is wonderful and interesting. I never wanted to be a photographer. i always wanted to be a “wise guy and rich guy”, like the characters I saw every day on the streets of my rough and tumble childhood neighborhood on my village’s poverty West side.
