I am a 22 year old photographer and filmmaker. I have spent the last 3 years going through film school and transitioning into the professional world of photography and video production. My camera, my ideas, and my creative spin on my outlook on life are everything to me. I am 1 person in a world of billions and I truly believe my camera is my voice. I was spent a portion of my life being raised in a "low-income" environment and when I was in middle school we move to one of the richest counties in America Howard County. From a young age I have had the awareness to gauge on thing against another. I realized when I was living in a situation of poverty that people from the outside didn't understand what was on the inside. This contrast of life is what fuels me to be creative. To show people what connects us through a moving or a still image. I understand that a person only knows what they have been told, and that most people want not only what is best for them, but for others. Self-reflecting I realized that I am a vessel for others because I have been to both spectrums at only 22. Everything in life is connected and everything has purpose and meaning.
