This is one of the trash collectors’ temporary shelters; they stay in these shelters when they want to have break time. But most cases these become their homes when they need to stay for a week waiting to get their collected items sold. Some of the trash collectors’ homes are 2-3 mountains away from the dump site; they don’t have the extra budget to pay for fare.
