Immediately on backing up & saving my entire universe to layers of redundancy, me poor computer was struck by viral equivalent of the angel of death. Computer Queen Jen must wipe clean, send it off to Da Honey to load programs, yada yada yada.

Kanani, new realty agent, rocks. Will she rent condo before we lose it? Current condo value is $135-ish---maybe---so just about underwater, that mortgage. Can it sell/rent before we lose it? That is the question. Won't be for want of working it. Looks good, good agent, good price. Make it so!
