A perfect example of monks celebrating life together…Different generations come together to participate in a festival which holds much importance in their lives.

“Every day is a new day.every day brings a new challenge” is a mantra that the monks believe in.A monk looking at a top of the Himalayas .fighting its inner demons and gathering for the real strength to get ready for a new day to face the difficulties which lie ahead.

To survive in such a harsh and cold climate in Ladkah ( It goes upto -20 to -30 °C in winters) , food plays an important role.. The Preparations begins early in the morning with monks working together.
