I didn't seen more beautiful place then Sauni in my Life.Sauni is simply Awesome.you can found out so much Peace and near to nature here.Binsar is 2 kms away from sauni Gaon and Sauni is something about 15 kms away from Ranikhet (on Ramnagar Road).

Sauni Binsar Mahadev Temple which has a beautiful stream flowing close to it. Apart from a Shiva temple, an ashram, Binsar Mahadev also has a lovely cedar forest surrounding it . this is very gud place to visit. better to visit in the month of may or june.............................JAI BINSAR MAHADEV

I was 16 years old when in May 1969 I had participated in a fortnight long junior division army ncc camp.I can still locate the campsite a few hundred yards west of Ramnagar road near Sauni.The unit had participated in cleanliness drive around Binsar Mahadev temple.The priest was a scholar and was not local.There was rain every afternoon and a few minutes' trekking on the hill nearby would provide us the enchanting beauty of Trishool and Nandadevi summit after the rain.Then there was the Kafal tree offering sweet-sour fruit.I had come from Netarhat near Ranchi but soon developed friendship with cadets from far-flung Andaman and Nicobar Islands.....waiting for another opportunity to visit Sauni.-----Rajeev Kumar Singh, Joint Secretary, Finance Deptt.Main Secretariat, Patna 800015

This is best place in my home town Deolikhet. I unsed to play many games in near this temple. This is basically the Lord Shiva temple. The worship of this temple on Evening time is the best to remember to god.

10 days to Yadhya over their in May and June in every Year.

i am very proud 2 be a person of souni village bcoz souni is my village and the most popular temple binsar mahadev is their /..... i vist every year 2 binsar mahadev and attend the yagaya i also do seva in the temple .........................

i have awesome experience about this temple and souni village ,
i visited there in 2013's fair when the fair was going on .
it is situated in a beautiful location between the forest of devdar,
i heard that if u will make wish from this temple from full faith,
that will be definitely complete, it is a proud to every person does belongs to souni ,
