Ingredients
Hlaf KG Chicken
Slat according to need
Habanero Peppera According to need
black paper
Vinigar
Yogurt

 

How to prepare this recipe
So First we need to boil the Chicken in water with little amount of salt.we need to boil the chicken for 5 to 7 mints,be sure don't make the chicken too much soft because we need to cock that later.
Take a place and mix ingredients ,Slat ,Habanero Peppera,black paper,Vinigar in Yogurt and put then into fridge,so chicken can absorb the taste of ingredients .After hour or two you can take the chicken out of fridge and then divide the chicken into little pieces,in Pakistani language we call then "Boti" Piece .
So after that took Iron stick and put that chicken pieces on that and bake on open fire.

The story behind this recipe
about 2 years back I was on my friends home in Islamabad,there we was only boys and on the request of friends I first time try this recipe.In start I get little help from my sister through phone call.But at my first attempt the taste and food was acceptable and my friends really encouraged me.From that day I try this recipe at home many times and get really good response from friends and family.Above all Tikka Boti is very Famous in Pakistan,We most make this recipe on weddings and parties.
