Hiya,

My name is Mikki Tanenui. I am from a town called Kawakawa in little old New Zealand. I've taken up photography as an addictive hobby. Showing my peers how I see the world through my lens. Nothing warms my heart more when they say "oh my goodness that's an amazing photo" and i'm a beginner. That means so much!!

It'll be good to win! I'll be photographing with my (aswell as every photographers) idol. I wouldn't know what to say but man i'd be enjoying every bit of the experience! I could further my technique, take risks with taking pictures and learn new things that could change my photographing for the better! I could persue my dream and open a little shop in town to put my photos on display..

So that is why I am giving this scholarship a go.
