My name is Cyndie, I am French, I live in Sydney, Australia since 2009. Blogging is a hobby I started in 2011mostly to share about my home country – France, my interest for gourmet food as well as my goal to live a healthier lifestyle primarily through cooking healthy home-made meals.
Born in Paris from a Spanish father and a French mother, I grew up in Carcassonne, a medieval town located in the south of France. I moved to London after graduating from a double Honours degree in Business. After working three years in England, visiting over 30 countries, falling for an Australian, and teaching French in Japan for seven months, I finally moved to Australia in 2009. At only 26 I had successfully relocated to 4 continents and worked in Australia, France, Morocco, England, and Japan.
