The story behind this recipe
The recipe is originally from my hometown, Cirebon West Java-Indonesia, it locates in the coast of north Java island. The recipe represents our culture as citizen of Cirebon. Most of our people was fisherman and because a lot of people came to our town from the sea, we accept all culture, we learn how to live in diversity, that's why Nasi Lengko mixed with lots of vegetable and our local dish like tempe.
