The lioness was soulfully caressing her cub, which was a beautiful sight to watch and capture. The baby would never leave the side of the mother and it was truly stirring to watch the bond between the mother and child. Motherhood is universal - something that every creation of nature cherishes. Views[371] Caption: Under the shade of mother’s love - At the Amboseli National Park in Kenya while I was taking pictures of a herd of elephants, I found this little elephant running towards the mother to join her and the relatives. It was a very touching sight to capture. Elephants are such intellectual and fascinating mammals and its time for the world to stop cruel poaching activities and pushing the species towards extinction. They should not become history! As I waited to capture the flock of birds, I noticed this mother Zebra and her child fondly embracing each other. This pleasant moment shows the greatness of mother’s love. She was not perturbed a wee-bit by my presence and stood for a minute or two in front of my car as if she was ok with me taking a couple of shots.
