About moqueca
I belong to the world, not just one country. At a rather young age, I found a way to travel the world and work in beautiful, exotic locations, meeting fascinating people and having a hell of a good time. I was sent to Brasil to work for 6 months and 23 years later, I was still there dancing samba. I do not go to countries that have no culinary tradition and too many fast food joints. I have lived in Mallorca, Spain, for many years and operate wine and tapas tours here. My favorite tapas are chipirones and favorite wine is anything from Ribeira del Duero. I do not have a cat, (only because I travel so often). My favorite places to visit (and keep returning!) are Singapore, Mauritius, and France.
