The gaze from strangers and portraiting for a friend.

Posing for the camera and enjoying the admiration that is usually lacking for an Argentinean transvestite. I like the way that my camera points in one direction and the lenses of the other spectators in another. And you may question yourself who is looking at whom.

Capturing the ambiguity of the attention from the crowd and the national Argentinean media. The feeling of sensationalism due to my friends gender practice is visualized in this photography and further more stressed by the man in the right corner trying to get a snapshot of my friends behind.
