My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

I have been a journalist for over six years of my life and loved to tell stories. As I shifted my medium from text to images (due to my childhood love with camera), I had never thought this creative field would be so challenging and tough to crack when it comes to getting your bread and butter out of it. Still, it has been over two years, I left my job as a journalist, managing my funds from small jobs and struggling hard in a hope to become a world class photojournalist, show my work to the world, to contribute towards mankind and bring the change with my capabilities, hunger for awards and to be known and respected by everyone for my work.
If I get selected for the scholarship my attempt would be to set an example for all the struggling yet deserving photographers who probably are way ahead than the ones who are employed at various publications not because of their own creative capabilities, but due to several other reasons, which have no connection with photography skills. My message for those struggling photographers would be to keep trying hard, hitting at the right place, and the day would definitely come, when you would rule the world and others will follow you..!
