I've been blogging for a few years about Filipina achievements and local culture and heritage. I took these photos from Intramuros - a walled city formerly called as 'Old Manila'. This is where centuries ago, colonizers built kingdoms as well as Filipino heroes fought up to their last blood drop.

These photos generally mirror what kind of Tourism we have today in Manila... dying but there are a few people with a heart that keep them from promoting where they came from. I wish through my blog I AM PINAY and through this competition I could inspire my fellow Filipinos to learn to look back. The government as well, for them to have an eye for the things of past.
