My Photo scholarship 2010 entry

Three of these photos were taken in Perth, Western Australia and one from my hometown, Indonesia. Each photo tells a different story. It attracts people to draw their own opinion, imagination and also emotion about the event which was going on there.

I really like black and white images. i find it more dramatic and intense. but i also think that it's all depend on the subject and the mood you are trying to deliver. Some photos are better in black and white and some others in color.

I have a huge passion in photography especially travel and journalistic photography. To capture moments and to tell the story to the world, give me my own satisfaction and happiness.
To see different parts of the world and being able to experience it are such an enjoyment for me.

I am currently a Master of Professional Communication student, majoring in photography at Edith Cowan University in Western Australia. Interestingly my Bachelor degree was business, and had nothing to do with photography. Though I am still in my first semester of my degree, and still very "green" in photography world, I'm very eager to learn and experience new things to make my skill and knowledge better. Therefore, to be able to win in this competition experience the whole things would be very useful and beneficial for me.
