My Scholarship entry - Vanishing wheels

Hi,
I am a HR professional based in the city of Kolkata, West Bengal (India). I would call photography my passion, I started clicking when I was just 6 and am still continuing to enjoy my passion. I Love photographing people and cultures.
I have been working on this story for a while now which portrays the life of a simple rickshaw puller and their hardship to survive this auto-mated world. This vanishing hand-pulled rickshaw can only be seen at very few places in the city, specially the old part of the city. I would use this platform not only to portray my photography skills but also to make people around the world aware of this rapidly vanishing mode of transportation and the hardship attached to it.
This scholarship will not only make me a better photographer but also add to my knowledge of the world I live in.
