My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

Hi, I am Moumita Mitra, I would describe myself as a simple human being. I am currently located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. This falls in the eastern region of India
My love of photography has put me to situations which otherwise I would have feared to encounter. Being from a lower middleclass family I had started photography very late but I guess I had this knack of clicking since I was a child. Photography has made me more enthusiastic and eager to travel the world and capture it through my lens to show it to people all around. It brings a great sense of satisfaction and happiness when people look at my photographs and have a smile on there face, when my photographs give them a sense of peace or happiness.
I should be chosen for the scholarship because of the sheer fact of leaning photography from a master and to get to travel with him, I would have so much time to ask questions and have answers to all my queries and hopefully would become enriched as human being. This scholarship is very important for me as this is the only way I can get international exposure and lifetime experience to learn photography. I want to learn more to shoot more to get satisfied even more.
