My Scholarship entry - The true meaning of travel

Since I was a kid, I was attracted by fascinating photographs all over the world. Yes, I read national geographic photographs before I know how to read words. Being a national geographic photographer have always been my dream. However, after growing up in a conservative Asia country I became "normal", until I study abroad in 2008.
Traveling changes ones life. Those random events sometimes flips ones perspective. I met a photographer while I was traveling in Seattle, he reminds me the dream deep inside me.
Traveling pushes ones ability to the limit and beyond. Since I decide to pick up my dream again, I started traveling and photography with very limit budget and time. There were many difficulties, one never know how far can go if one just stay in comfort zone. That's why I step out.
In conclude, I want to experience the world in my own way, to record my journey with my heart and soul, and most importantly, is to tell the story -- as the best travel photographers in the world. From my past experience, I am well trained of being patience, communicative, well organized, and always willing to learn. I believe the scholarship will be my milestone and guide me to the next destination.
