I’m a young man living in Hanoi, Vietnam with a dream is to become a professional photographer.

To me,photography is the saviour of my life. I had some troubles in the past. My parents didn’t allow me to pursuit photography. They thought it wouldn't be good for my future. But that was not the only trouble. I failed the university entrance exam. I struggled with depression for a long time. Luckily, I still had my passion and it brought me back to reality. I have learnt many things from photography .I learn how to see life in different aspects. Photography has given me lots of opportunities. I moved on and totally submerged in taking photos. I’m trying to show my parents what I can do in photography and I hope that one day they will understand what it means to me.

I read about the Travel Scholarship accidentally and I knew for sure my dream would be realized if I got it. Moreover, I believe that no education is completed without experiences .This is the reason why I believe I can have many valuable experiences if I have the chance to collaborate with renowned photographer, Jason Edwards. With his help, it will be possible for me to reach to the next level of profession.
