Seek Experiences - Pardon our French

Originally, when Mark and I travelled to France, we wanted to focus on our name (Parisien) and what it meant to be a Parisien. But like many travel experiences, things have a tendency to change, and when we accidentally ordered Andouillette, we simply couldn’t ignore it. It became the only thing we talked about for days, and HAD to be the focus of our film. A reminder that new experiences aren’t always positive!
I’ve been hard at work, competing in the “48 Hour Film Project”, but also focusing on making travel films independently. Mark and I travelled to India this year and shot “India: At Play in the Land of the Mustache”, a film culminating in a visit to the Kumbh Mela, the world’s largest spiritual gathering.
I’ve been working on becoming a full-time filmmaker for a long time, but I’m just beginning to find my voice and style. I’ve learned that filmmaking is a collaborative effort, and Mark and I have both the experience and rapport. With the resources and exposure of World Nomads and the mentorship of Brian Rapsey, I’m confident we would make some really FUN and INSPIRING travel films. Help me ditch my bartending gig and start living my dream in the Big Easy!
