The Spiti Valley - A Lesson in Patience

 The Spitians are a deeply religious people. This is an under-construction monastery at one of the highest inhabited villages in Asia – Kibber (14,000ft). Construction work usually takes a long time in these regions due to logistical issues cause by the altitude. The faithful actively contribute in maintaining and developing the monastery complex in spite of the hardships.
