My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

During my childhood, international travelling was rather uncommon in Slovakia so I used to leaf in old travel magazines, teared out the pages with pictures of places I liked and dreamed that once I will get there.
Later, while being on a class trip my old family camera broke, precisely at the worst moment. So my dream was born: to own a backpack, a reliable camera, travel and take pictures.
This partially came true: I am now a 28-years old businesswoman, having lived in some of European and US-cities. Some of my friends are telling me I am a nomad, always moving around.
I take pictures in my free-time, during holidays and try to capture the reality from a different perspective. When I hold a camera in my hands I forget the time and feel like a child experimenting with a new toy, not being afraid of mistakes. My dream is to publish travel photo books and journals.
With my openness to everything new, passion for adventure and diverse cultures, I think I match with the profile of a searched candidate. The cooperation with Mr. Edwards in Oman would be for me a further fulfillment of my dream towards travel photography.
