My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

All my life I have been exposed to nature, because of the remote country that I live in and also because of my parents. My father is like “Carl Fredricksen”, the old man of the movie “Up”, in real life. An adventure man, who lived his youthfulness as a scout, as a climber, as a skier, as a pilot, concluding, as a happy and extreme person, and I was always his first partner to do all this crazy things. Because of this I was always in contact with the environment, all my games were outside the house, and I never learnt, and liked how to play computer and videogames or use technology in general, that was so usual during my childhood, my youthfulness, and also now. However this changed roundly the last year, when my uncle shows me what his camera was able to do. In that moment I felt in love with the photography, but not with the camera, instead I was shocked by the images. The capacity of capture a moment, and seeing these pictures in a few years after is the most grateful thing in the world. So against my will, I have to admit that technology, specifically the camera, is very useful and a little bit addictive, for me, a nature lover.
