Far away from the next international town, all food had to be delivered from Saigon: Schneider Bakery sent us their Pretzels. Nhat Ham Fine Foods delivered home made Weisswueste and Nuernberger. And we found a supplier for Erdinger Weissbier.
Chef Sa worked the magic - his home made Sauerkraut, mashed potato and potato salad were very popular - with locals who were excited to try European quality dishes as well as with expats, who after some time, are obviously craving for a proper Schnitzel or Kassler.
