    My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

    The curiosity of discovering how much importance is given to soccer in Moldavia, led me to the stadium in Iaşi to see the match of Iaşi vs Bacau. I sincerely didn't pay much attention to the game but focused on the expression of disappointment or joy of the audience. A singular tradition is to eat sunflower seeds and to throw their shells on the floor while watching the game. This scene was taken during the definitive goal by the Iaşi team.
