After an excellent few days in penang Im set to head back to Bangkok on wed/thur and fly into Nepal on Saturday for so trekking and white water rafting.

Hi matt, sounds like you're having fun.we did a white white rafting trip when in nepal- they tied a poor little goat to the top of the bus with all the gear and after fretting all day they slaughtered it, cooked it up and that was dinner. we went vegetarin that night!! beautiful country and lovely people. Amazing how basic the diet is up in the mountains!!Ben and george played rippa rugby last night. geroge got 3 tries so pretty happy. Ben frustrated as class team and one of the girls has no idea- he can be very competative. plenty of rain today- pouring down this morning. factory on front page of paper today - we've made a pair of size 23 shoes for a fijian man- had TV1 and TV3 + radio around today - great advertising. Where do you plan to trek? amazing country
