I am 34yr male. Me and my family immigrated to New Zealand about 1 year ago. I have always had a passion for art and anything that can express an emotion or a vision. My photography career has taken a back seat in the last couple of years and even more so since we immigrated. My daughter is my inspiration behind this application. She was diagnosed with Autism 3 months after our arrival to our new country of residence. Her condition has made me realize that life is too short for any excuses to be made, the more we live in the now the more we will remain in a state of mind where we can create our own version of the now. The same goes for the photographer, its all about the now. The viewfinder of a camera can only be seen by the artist, the photographer and so when the image is captured it can paint 1000 words to the audience..or be left open for the viewers own interpretation.
An opportunity like this only comes around once in a lifetime, I will grab onto it with both hands! My dream has always been to be a professional photographer, I have all the gear of a semi-pro photographer but I have been very hesitant to quit my day job-an opportunity like this will be the deal breaker!
