My Scholarship entry - Through mangroves

Photography is a medium to concretize my point of view and to let people see it.
I start to take picture with an old Nikon bought by my father in installments years ago. So I started imagining photography as something already related to memory. I’m an anthropologist, so my work is to observe human being. To take picture of what I see is the kind of expression I would like to work with.

“You are a traveller. Don’t forget!” told me an old aboriginal man in Australia. Indeed I cannot imagine my life without journeys, even if sometimes the whole world seems to want me oblivious of my own destiny. This is the reason of my applying. I don’t want to wait the time of forgiveness.
