Ingredients
Flower
2 eggs
breadcrums
Oil or butter for the pan
french fries
flat pork meat without fat
How to prepare this recipea flat pork meat
hit it with a hammer to make it very flat
turn it in flower
turn it in eggs
turn it in breadcrumbs
add some salt and pepper
fry it in a pan with a lot of fat inside
Eat together with hash browns or french fries
don´t forget tomato ketchup on the table
i prefer it together with diet coke
The story behind this recipeThis is my favorite food world wide, unfortunately not everyone can prepare it very well. People argue if it´s from Germany, Austria or Italy. But in fact in Austria i had some of the best Schnitzel so far.
I learned how to prepare it when i was a child! Every traveller should taste this! Everyone. Even people who say that they don´t like pork, they love it. It´s a very special thing with a very special preparation and taste!
I could never ever get tired of this. Even in Tansania at the Kilimanjaro they serve this... a very good one also!
