before I head off on my travels for 12 months around the world, far far away from my lovely Brighton and Hove, clean loos, clean beds, clean everything, warm slippers, a nice cup of tea, mums currys, sandwich spread, Jamaica ginger cake and custard (I guess I can do without this given that this is my quest to come back looking like Aishwaria Rai (former Miss World and stick thin - yes I know I have a long way to go!!). A whole year to look forward to living out of a 55 Litre ruck sack. Jabs, Visas, Insurance, Ticket and Shee-wee (never used one before I hasten to add and hoping I wont need one while away but you never know!) all done. First stop Hong Kong on 30th September, then one month China, 3 months South Eest Asia, 3 months OZ, 2 monts NZ, 3 months South America- SORTED!
