The Road So Far

Yogyakarta usually identical with Prambanan Temple or Borobudur Temple (in Magelang) or even the Malioboro street market that provides souvenirs, arts, batik, etc.

In this roadtrip opportunity to Yogyakarta, i want to show about traditional culinary that also become one of uniqueness in Yogyakarta.

This traditional culinary can be lost amongst fast food and other modern culinary. That's why i am using this opportunity to show that gudeg is as tasty as any fast food and of course gudeg is healthy food.

I still new in this filmmaking process and i want to learn more. I aim to be a documentary filmmaker that can produce travel documenter like human planet or those type of documentary. It is a long way to go, still i believe i can do it because it's my passion.

This scholarship would give me a great lesson and wonderful experience about traveling abroad, learning english, and witnessing western culture that totally new to me. That would be lovely. I hope i can learn from the best Filmmaker in New Orleans.
