At arriving to Scotland the first thing that catches your eyes is the reflection scenery caused by the majestic glazed mountains over the lochs. Staring that view, I jumped into the ferry way to Inversnaid Hotel, a classical Scottish property on the river side of Loch Lomond. Though, Alcatraz prison was the nick name that the employees had baptized it due to the isolated location in which it is settled, this place conveyed a unique and magic energy. The nature and background history that surrounds it and Great Britain itself cause a growing wonder and charm by the way the kingdom is explored.
As a realm of fantasy, Scotland dazzle for its superb ancient castles that emerge from islands and cliffs, its knights smartly dressed in kilts that decorate the Scottish roads with the different colors of each family clan and, the traditional legendary sound of their music with the bagpipes. Those, who are brought alive by the local people that kindly welcomes to every passenger with or without a glass of whiskey.
The mixture of the historical, modern and poached architecture with the green nature characterizes every Scottish city and town. Each one with a story to tell; as the famous Loch Ness monster that comes to turn a thrilling legend at peering the mysterious waters of the lakes. Thus, Inversnaid guests came back to the hotel amazed of what they saw, even for the different cows’ shape that in Scotland are unlike anywhere else. But the scenery was not over thanks to the location and view of the lodge spot, which is characterized for its multicultural staff dressed typically.
What complements the picturesque of any destination is the interaction with people. Coexisting in the hotel associate accommodation and being part of the work team made possible to compare and contrast cultures and create a ribbon that goes far beyond the racial and cultural, friendship. Though actually separated by distance still lasts.
Like the walkers that cross the Scottish high lands during summer time, grabbing their bags and moving forward with the unique purpose of discovering more; each traveler that get involved in a different environment start finding out the marvel of diversity. A land fulfilled of tradition which is one of the roots that flourished the antique new world.
