About madhukard

Life is unexpectedness. This attribute of life makes it interesting and challenging at the same time. Traveeling is like life itself. You may be prepared to the teeth yet the the travel unfolds in the most unexpected ways.

It was around 10 years back that the trekking, traveling and the tripping bug bit me. It has irrevocably changed me. It has foreverchanged my perceptions about nature, about beliefs and life itself. Each trip, each trek, each travel taught me something different. Living life which at times seems so complex and clustered is much more simple and meaningful. I also learnt how everything around us is so intricately interconnected.

When I travel I should be ready to be jolted, to be scared, to be awed. In short, I should be ready for the unexpected.

Personally I like going places where I don't speak the language, don't know anybody, don't know my way around and don't have any delusions that I'm in control. Disoriented, even frightened, I feel alive, awake in ways I never am at home.”
