While walking through a wooded area, I found a place where women gather to do their laundry.

An elderly woman cuts up fresh coconut found in her backyard and mixes it with raw sugar. She is a hard worker who wanted to provide a sweet treat for her grandchildren.

This little girl was fascinated with my camera and kept asking to have her picture taken. Most children would smile but this is the face she made when I counted to three. I can't get over the pain in her expression.
