Hi, I'm Rik, 33 years, living in Holland. I'm an inspector of tankcontainers in my daily life. My dream is to become a professional travel/nature photographer. My friends tell me that I'm good and have to do more with photography. My choise for this contest is Madagascar, this was the first time that the people were really overwelming to me on a holliday. The difference, colours, poorness and in general always friendly and laughing Usually I only take pictures from landscapes and animals.I won 2 times a place in a famous dutch agenda. This contest is a great opportunity for the next step, learn to take photo's as a pro and from a pro. I always thought it is to difficult with so many good (nature) photographers, especially in Holland, to become a pro but now I think I'm ready for the final step and want to go for it.
