Hi, I’m Luiza Romagnoli, I am 18 and live in Curitiba, Brazil. I do Journalism major in Positivo University. I am at the 2º year, by the way.
Among the things I like to do are read books, movies, tv shows, videogames, comic books, eat, travel and photograph. I’m a nerd person. Haha.
Since I was born, I love photography. My first camera was of the PowerPuff Girls, and it was with roll of film. And now I have a Nikon D7000. I sold a bunch of stuff to get this camera, and I learned how to photograph in college, but I’m not a pro yet.
Well, why should I win this scholarship? I confess that I don’t have an awesome answer for this question. I think no one does. But I know that I have an awesome dream that is work on National Geographic, and this is an awesome oportunity to achieve my dream. And I choose journalism because of that. I want to travel the world, meet new people, cultures and places. I’ve never had the chance to do something big for my future, because my family doesn’t have much money. And this scholarship, would be my huge one step.
