I grew up in Greece and I ived for the sunshine. I also loved the deep-green forests of the north, where I come from and i could never choose whether I liked them more green or white -covered in snow-. In the past few years I have been living in Noerthern Ireland. Here the sun does not shine so often but the green is greener and the bright days brighter that in the South. In the autumn the streets are full of yellow and orange leaves and one is very lucky to enjoy this simple and beautiful scenery before the rain turn it into a slippery slop.
I travel as much as I can but unfortunatelly it's never enough to satisfy my thist for different experiences. I believe that we can only absorb and understand different cultures only by living in a place and within the local community. My biggest dream is to travel to Lake Baikal and do the trans-siberian all the way, from Moscoy to Beijing. Oh, and there is one thing that I never forget to take with me since the age of 9...my notepad. Writting about places and people, experiences and situations is my kind of photography!
