This photo captures the exact moment my sister has an asthma attack. We had just climbed up a steep cliff face and came to rest on that ledge. I checked the playback on my camera and noticed Ellie's face looked strange. By the time I could ask her what was wrong she had stopped breathing. Luckily she carried a respirator with her.
