My Photo scholarship 2010 entry
United Kingdom | Saturday, September 4, 2010 | 5 photos
New Lanark was a mill owned by Robert Owen a man who did not believe that his millworkers should not live in decent houses.
He also thought his workers children had a right to be educated.
So this is why he made a small town built around the mills.
He also provided healthcare which in those days was unthinkable never mind unheard of.
This place is a testament that one man can make a difference.
I would like this scholarship because i want to learn from the best about how to do something i love better.
I could say me because this and that but all i can really say is i love
photography to capture a moment of anything is wonderful.
This for me started when i was about 5 my dad and brothers went camping to islands in Scotland but i stayed home with my mum so there photos took me on the holiday as well.
