My Kind of Wandering

I shot videos on my Blackberry Phone. My first edit is this video which I am sending for the World Nomads scholarship contest. It is completely shot by me on my blackberry phone, as I was chilling alone by a river and later trekking with my friend Vika. My ambition is to become a Bollywood main stream Film Maker. I love to travel and my dream is to travel the world while I make movies. I have never travelled outside India. I dream of being a World Nomad. And this scholarship is the stepping stone in that direction. This scholarship will be the perfect opportunity to combine my film making and foreign travel dreams. Me and my friend Vika while swimming one afternoon suddenly decided to travel to the mountains. We took the first bus leaving Mumbai, got down at the highway not knowing where to go. Just wandering and exploring to find a nice mountain to chill. After 2 days of wandering to different places we chanced upon this beautiful mountain Malshet Ghat. The beauty of the valley, audible silence, soothing wind, pleasantly warm sun, inspired me to capture the bounty of natural beauty and this wandering adventure on my Blackberry Phone camera.
