In transit

I am a soon to be journalism graduate and globe trotter. I have an interest in filmmaking but have side-tracked it for the last three years to pursue my journalism studies. I live to travel and I am a born story teller. I love reading the subtext behind what people say and finding the little anecdotes to situations and stories. Most importantly, I believe everyone and everything has a story to tell, all you have to do is immerse yourself in the world. Furthermore, sometimes all it takes is one voice to draw attention to something that is important and that is what motivates me to tell other people's stories. This opportunity would help me brush up on my filmmaking skills and would allow me to learn about Columbia, a place I am fascinated about and have not yet been to.
