My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

Hello there!
My name is Kelly and I live on the Bellarine Peninsula near Geelong with the 2 loves of my life, my husband Sam and my (naughty!) dog Jack. I have a blog called Little Nan where I showcase images of lovelyness I surround myself with and I love the feedback when someone tells me I have captured something beautiful.
I love taking photos of flowers, the beach, food, fabric, anything really.
But a year and a half ago we had the opportunity to explore the UK and Europe for 5 mths and golly, its a big wide world out there! I carried my camera everywhere and bought home thousands and thousands of images of our trip!
A lifetime of memories....
I'm not sure where my love of photography will take me but its something that I do enjoy. Sometimes its frustrating because I have no idea what I am doing, but then I produce an image that melts my heart..
Maybe this year I should take myself off to a course and actually learn how to use my camera! (or maybe Jason can whisk me away and teach me a thing or two!)
