One day, there's a little girl who carry a bunch of photo albums
At that time, she looked at the pictures with sparkling eyes. That was her hobby back then. Now, 12 years from that time, her sparkling eyes came out everytime she took a picture by herself.

That girl is me.

Lisa Monica, that is the beautiful name my parents gave me. Lisa, for short. I'm 19 years old and I go to the London School of Public Relations. At the present time, I take mass communication as my major. I live in the capital city of Indonesia, which is Jakarta. A city full of lights and skyscrapers, where all the dreams are created. One of those, is mine. My dream, which I never thought would be my passion. Photography.

At the point where I can only stare and admire a picture with my own eyes, there was a time when I saw a picture that inspires me a lot. At that time I was surfing the internet, and I recall that I read an article about Afghan Girl. That picture was taken by Steve McCurry and became the cover of National Geographic. I just can feel the emotion through the eyes of that girl. Such an undescribable feeling. I want to take pictures that show people what I really see and let them feel the emotion.
I hope you'll give me a chance to capture the moments that only happens once in a lifetime.
